Theodore Zeldin is a British historian and philosopher known for his focus on the power of conversation and understanding between people. He has written numerous books, including “An Intimate History of Humanity,” and is the founder of the Oxford Muse, an organization dedicated to fostering dialogue and understanding.
I know Theodore a little, having met him a few times. His short book on Conversation, published in 2000, significantly impacted my thinking about the importance of conversation in our lives. I also participated in one of his Conversational Dinners in Oxford in about 2002, which was a fantastic experience. Searching for a fuller life | Theodore Zeldin
The kind of conversation I like is one in which you are prepared to emerge a slightly different person.
