When AI enters the conversational space, it raises profound questions:Can AI truly engage in meaningful dialogue, or does it merely simulate conversation convincingly enough to create an illusion of understanding?
How does AI’s growing presence influence trust, authenticity, and the ability to lead through conversation?
And, critically, how does AI affect the dynamics of leadership when listening, emotional intelligence, and adaptive dialogue are at the core of effective leadership?
