That starts conversations toward a vision for change.

Connecting people is a habit that needs no training, no resources, and no consent.
It’s easy – we can start to connect people at any time.
Whatsmore, we needn’t tell people that we are doing anything different.
We just need to commit to ourselves to connect people.
SUGGESTIONS
Here are a few suggestions though I am sure you can think of many more that suit your situation and personality.
- Invite two people you know but are unaware of each other for coffee or lunch.
- Arrange two meetings back to back, and as the second person arrives. Introduce them to the first and chat for a while.
- Introduce people via e-mail.
- Tell someone about someone else.
- Take a visitor on a tour of the building and introduce them to others.
- Start a randomised coffee trial.
