Gurteen Knowledge Café: Knowledge Management Society, Bandung Indonesia, 2014
A Gurteen Knowledge Café on Conversational Leadership that I ran for the Knowledge Management Society Indonesia (KMSI) at the Telkom Corporate University in Bandung in September 2014.
The tables are small and round – almost ideal, with 4 to 5 people per table – again, a good size. What with some basic refreshments such as food and water, an almost perfect Café setting, as you can tell by the degree of engagement.
If you’d like my help in designing and facilitating a customised Knowledge Café—whether like the example above or something completely different—I’m here to support you. Your Knowledge Café can be held in person (face-to-face) or online via Teams or Zoom. Let’s create a conversation that meets your needs.

We are living and working in conditions of uncertainty, complexity, and rapid change. Many leadership approaches still rely on control, expertise, and tools that no longer fit the realities people face.
This week-long immersive workshop brings people together to practise Conversational Leadership as a shared, lived experience. It is not a training course but a space to slow down, think together, and explore how leadership emerges through dialogue, responsibility, and real engagement.
