When the room is open, you are invited to drop in, say hello, and join whatever conversation is unfolding. There is no agenda or structure, only a shared curiosity about how we learn, lead, and make sense of things together. You might come with a question, a story, or simply the wish to listen. However you join, your presence helps create a space that is alive, spontaneous, and human.
