Comment: At first glance, the phrase "complex leadership" can be misleading. It might suggest that leadership itself is complicated or that leaders need ever more sophisticated tools and techniques. This is not what Cadsby means. He is talking about leadership in the face of complexity. His focus is on helping groups think together by drawing on diverse perspectives. In that sense, leadership is less about having the answers and more about creating the conditions for collective intelligence to emerge.
