Simon Sinek is a British-American motivational speaker and author known for his focus on leadership and organizational culture. He gained widespread fame with his concept of “Start With Why,” which emphasizes the importance of understanding and articulating the underlying purpose behind any action or organization.

Simon’s ideas have been influential in corporate and personal development. He has authored several best-selling books, including “Start With Why” and “Leaders Eat Last,” and his TED Talk on How great leaders inspire action is one of the most popular presentations on the TED website.

This week-long immersive workshop brings people together to practise Conversational Leadership as a shared, lived experience. It is not a training course but a space to slow down, think together, and explore how leadership emerges through dialogue, responsibility, and real engagement.
