Ronald Heifetz founded the Center for Public Leadership and is the King Hussein bin Talal Senior Lecturer in Public Leadership at Harvard Kennedy School.
I have only recently discovered Ron Heifetz and learned that his views on leadership are remarkably similar to my own.
We own collective responsibility for the global conditions that we impact and that impact us.
We will not make these changes based on authority-based leadership, but rather with each of us taking a leadership role.
