Gervase Bushe is a Canadian author, educator, and consultant known for his work on leadership, organizational change, and Dialogic Organization Development. A professor at Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business, he has written extensively on appreciative inquiry, generative conversations, and fostering collaboration in complex, adaptive systems.
I am particularly interested in his work, as to a large degree, his thinking on dialogic OD overlaps with my work on Conversational Leadership.
