Comment: 1. Carl Sagan reminds us that science is not just knowledge but a disposition—one that questions authority and protects us from deception. This spirit of inquiry is essential in both science and leadership.Science is more than a body of knowledge.
It’s a way of thinking.
A way of skeptically interrogating the universe with a fine understanding of human fallability.
If we are not able to ask skeptical questions, to interrogate those who tell us that something is true, to be skeptical of those in authority, then we’re up for grabs for the next charlatan — political or religious — who comes ambling along.

This week-long immersive workshop brings people together to practise Conversational Leadership as a shared, lived experience. It is not a training course but a space to slow down, think together, and explore how leadership emerges through dialogue, responsibility, and real engagement.
