Conversational Leadership Workshop
20 – 22 September 2019
What is Conversational Leadership?
Conversational Leadership | David gurteenConversational Leadership is about how we respond to the complexity of the world we’re living in. It’s about taking responsibility for the changes we want to see, and recognising that none of us can do that alone.
By practising leadership through dialogue, we bring in different perspectives, we listen, we question, and we learn and think together. In this way, dialogue becomes the means by which we create the possibility of a better world.
If you would like to learn more see the home page of this blook on Conversational Leadership but of course the best way to learn more is to take part in the workshop.

The Facilitators

Nancy Dixon
Nancy Dixon works with organizations to create conversations where knowledge transfer/sharing happens, where knowledge is created, where innovation arises. She believes trust is the bridge on which knowledge travels between people so she focuses on ways to create trust and a safe space for conversation, whether online or face-to-face.
Nancy helps groups in organizations have more productive conversations to address on-going problems or to more effectively share their knowledge, whether those conversations are in a team meeting, a conference setting or the retrospect of a project. The key is not a better meeting agenda, it is in creating an environment where members feel safe to offer ideas or layout concerns. She designs gatherings where trust is prevalent.
